HI, I’M CHARLIE.

Charlie Conder has worked with students for over 25 years in education and ministry settings. Since 2005, she has had the privilege of serving the North Georgia Conference in the local UMC churches in the Metro Atlanta area. Prior to her time in youth ministry, Charlie was a Deaf and Hard of Hearing teacher and adjunct professor teaching ASL. She has served in thriving churches where she not only built a ministry where students felt unconditional belonging also led on-campus programs at local middle schools. Charlie is passionate about making space for students to have a voice in their church and community. Her extensive experience with students and families along with her Advanced Coaching Certification, gives her a unique approach to ministry. Since 2017, Charlie has been working with the Rethink Group where she gets the honor of coaching and consulting with church leaders. Her work with the Rethink Group has allowed her to experience global youth ministry which has shaped her coaching methods to be more strategic in working to build legacy ministries.
